This is a reminder about summer workouts.

We have just completed the first 5 weeks of our summer strength and conditioning program.  

We are now entering into the mid summer break portion of the program where athletes can take some time to just relax and recharge the batteries for the next few weeks.

There will be NO summer workouts from June 26th - July 12th.

Enjoy your Fourth of July Mid Summer Break.  

We will resume our regularly scheduled workouts on Monday July 13th.  We will then have 3 weeks to ramp up to the start of the fall sports season.
